The fruits are very important in our diet, you have to eat 5 or more fruits a day.But is boring to eat all those fruits so an exellent option is to squezee the fruits and take them like a juice. These fibers prevent you from many diseases and help you estimulate your digestive system. fruits contain water, proteins,vitamins,minerals which are necessary for you.It's better to eat food that contain water because because it is to much easier than others, a steak can take 8 to 10 hours to digest while a fruit or a salad take 30 minutes. So it is very important to eat fruits so don't forget 5 fruits and vegetables a day!!!
